Due to the hot dog cart's popularity, a food trailer was purchased and set up outside Shackland's Brewery to serve wood-fired pizzas, paninis, burgers and more

Annette & Runnymede
After gaining even more momentum and a strong regular clientele, the decision was made to sell the trailer and build a restaurant
2024
Grand Opening
Construction began in the fall of 2024, and in December the new Fuoco Mio restaurant celebrated its grand opening. We hope to see you soon!
